Alison Hammond’s whopping eight-stone weight loss after fitness transformation

This Morning star Alison Hammond has shown off her incredible weight loss transformation.

The star has been sharing her journey online with her social media followers, who have been encouraging her along the way. Alison, 49, has gone through a lifestyle overhaul and dropped an epic eight stone.

Alison could be seen donning a matching colourful gymwear set as she lifted heavy weights above her head. The bubbly presenter has been working up sweat with her personal trainer who has been putting her through her paces.

The TV presenter is looking happier than ever as she continues to focus on her jaw-dropping weight loss journey. The For The Love Of Dogs host has recently said that she’s feeling “young again” which could also be linked to her dating her boyfriend who is 23 years younger than her.

Alison has been dating David Putman for the past year and fans have supported her new romance. Alongside her new man, Alison has also made some other changes such as cutting out sugar, walking more and working up a sweat with a personal trainer.

This has been spurred on by a doctor’s warning as back in 2020 a medical professional told her that was prediabetic and could be at risk of facing further health issues.

At the time, Alison said: “‘I’ve never had health issues until then. It scared me because my mum had diabetes and I want to be there for my son. So I decided to do something about it.”

An insidrer has also commented on her fitness regime: “Alison has no intention of sliding back into her old ways, she is still on a marathon course to keep going. Her new look has empowered her. She loves being able to shop for clothes on the high-street that aren’t just plus-sized.”
